Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Carefully pack your items in their original SOCCO Living packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.

Affix Shipping Label

Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your box.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
